Frequently asked questions

How can I receive preserved flower products?
Our products are shipped to you via international logistics. Depending on your time requirements, we offer both sea freight (>20 days) and air express delivery (5-10 days).
Will there be any damages to the products? What do we do when it happens?
We have strict product control procedures before shipping and ensure protective packaging for the products. However, damages during long-distance international transportation are sometimes unavoidable, although they occur in very rare cases, especially for products adorned with glass.

Our usual recourse is to offer reshipment or a refund. To avoid additional international logistics costs, we strongly recommend retaining the damaged products.
