Caring for your flowers

Follow our tips and get the most out of your flowers.
  • Do's
    • Keep floral arrangements indoors at room temperature.
    • Keep in a cool, dry environment with temperatures consistently below 35°C.
    • Maintain stable humidity levels between 40%-60% to ensure optimal preservation.
    • Avoid placing them in humid or wet areas, such as bathrooms.
    • If dust collects, gently remove it with a duster or blow lightly with a hairdryer on a cool setting.
    • If condensation forms inside a glass cover, remove it and let the arrangement dry overnight in an air-conditioned room (For products with glass cover).
  • Don’ts
    • Do not water.
    • Do not expose to direct sunlight or strong light.
    • Do not place objects into the flowers, as this can cause damage.
    • Do not let florals touch light- coloured fabrics or surfaces to prevent staining.

Notice

Preserved flowers can become translucent or develop slight damp spots if they come into contact with water.

In highly humid conditions, it's possible to experience moisture reabsorption, mildew, or insect activity. These occurrences are natural reactions and not indicative of any issues with the product's quality.

Preserved flowers are best enjoyed within the optimal viewing period of 6 to 12 months. It's important to note that the color may fade after this period.
